We are working on a fully digital system where borders will fade away both between different business units as well as between different steps in the energy value chain. Therefore, our client is preparing an infrastructure for a data-intensive future. Digital transformation is a strategic choice to ensure the management of the system of the future.

You will play a crucial role in evolving our client's IT operations to enhance transparency and communication within their Infrastructure Datacom & Security department. If you have a strong background in IT Operations, Project Management, and Change Management, and if you thrive in a complex, dynamic environment, you might be the IT Operations Change Lead we are looking for

The digital transformation and increasing data demands are putting significant pressure on our client's operations. To thrive in this environment, they must strive for operational excellence, ensuring their processes are efficient, transparent, and capable of supporting their evolving infrastructure needs.

Tasks

Evaluate and plan IT operations evolution: Assess current operational processes and plan improvements to meet the evolving needs and complexity of our environment.

Develop communication strategies: Design and implement structured communication processes to ensure operational plans are transparently shared across different IT departments and the business.

Analyze and evolve other dimensions: Assess and enhance various dimensions such as incident response plans, Root Cause Analysis (RCA) action plans, and overall process optimization.

Manage tool selection and implementation: Identify and implement tools for managing operations, ensuring they align with organizational needs and enhance communication efficiency.

Define information flow: Establish clear definitions for the information to be communicated, including identifying critical applications and ensuring proper tracking and communication of impacts.

Lead change management: Drive the implementation of the change plan, ensuring all stakeholders are engaged and the process is smoothly integrated into daily operations.

Monitor and improve processes: Continuously monitor the communication and planning process, making improvements as needed to ensure the highest level of transparency and efficiency

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years in IT operations, infrastructure management, or change management within a complex technical environment.

Demonstrated experience in project management with successful implementations.

Capacity to work autonomously and collaboratively in an international environment.

Fluency in English (written and spoken), French and Dutch are a very strong plus.

Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, or a related field.

Knowledge and certification in ITIL practices especially incident management & service operations.

Strong ability to communicate complex information clearly and effectively to diverse stakeholders.

Ability to understand and communicate with both technical and business teams.

IT Infrastructure: Experience with infrastructure teams & operational way of working

Flexibility to spend a few days per month abroad to collaborate with international partners.
