As a Talent Acquisition Officer, you will play a crucial role in identifying and nurturing top talent with the support of business managers and practice experts.

  • Management of the entire recruitment process and onboarding experience from A to Z.
  • Build strong connections with top educational institutions.
  • Assess candidates thoroughly, offer in-depth feedback, and create detailed reports.
  • Get involved in exciting HR projects like job fairs, events, workshops, and training sessions.

  • Bachelor's degree in Payroll and personnel administration or in a similar field.
  • Fluent in Dutch, English or French.
  • At least a first experience as HR Consultant or Recruiter.
  • You are reliable, creative with an entrepreneurial spirit.
