Facility CoordinatorOnze FM-afdeling is de afgelopen drie jaar sterk gegroeid, en we zijn op zoek naar iemand die met ons wil meegroeien en ons team verder wil versterken. Voor een interessante en gerenommeerde klant zoeken wij een Facility Coordinator die het volledige beheer van hun gebouw op zich neemt.
- Het aansturen en zorgen voor de correcte uitvoering van alle facilitaire taken, zowel soft en hard.
- Het garanderen van constante kwalitatieve dienstverlening en een nauwkeurige opvolging van klantverzoeken en rapportages.
- Het streven naar langdurige klantrelaties door regelmatige evaluatiemomenten te organiseren.
- Heeft een solide eerste ervaring in de facilitaire dienstverlening.
- Denkt en werkt op middelbaar of bachelorniveau.
- Is Nederlandstalig en heeft een degelijke kennis van het Frans.
- Is klantgericht en enthousiast.
- Beschikt over een rijbewijs B.
