Robert Half is momenteel op zoek naar een AP Accountant (m/v/x).
Het bedrijf is gevestigd in Brussel en het betreft een fulltime positie in de Automotive sector.
De verantwoordelijkheden van deze functie als AP Accountant zijn:
- Je boekt facturen en kijkt uittreksels na;
- Je creëert Purchase orders;
- Je werkt nauw samen met leveranciers en magazijniers;
- Je boekt facturen in;
- Bij onduidelijkheden neem je contact op met de budgethouder;
- Je volgt facturen op die wachten op antwoord van de budgethouders;
- Je stuurt details van betalingen door naar de leverancier (indien gevraagd);
- Je neemt telefonisch contact op bij vragen of onduidelijkheden;
- Je biedt ondersteuning aan collega's.
De vereiste kwalificaties voor deze functie van AP Accountant zijn:
- Een zeer goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal, evenals een goed niveau van Frans en Engels.
- Het bezit van een diploma van een A2-opleiding.
- Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie is vereist.
- Goede kennis van MS Office Excel.
- Sterke sociale vaardigheden, inclusief collegialiteit, dynamiek, bekwaamheid met cijfers, organisatorisch vermogen en proactieve houding.
- Een team bestaande uit 20 personen met gestructureerde rapportering.
- Het bedrijf kenmerkt zich door een aangename, ambitieuze en collegiale sfeer.
- Het type contract betreft een uitzendopdracht met zicht op een vast contract.
- De tewerkstelling is fulltime, met een werkweek van 39 uren en 6 ADV-dagen.
