Onze klant is op zoek naar een ervaren Insurance Lead met een passie voor leidinggeven, complexe dossiers en strategische ontwikkeling. In deze rol ben je de drijvende kracht achter zowel de schade- als productieactiviteiten binnen de verzekeringsafdeling. Je leidt niet alleen het team, maar ook de verdere uitbouw van het departement. Dit is een unieke kans om je expertise in te zetten in een dynamische en groeiende organisatie.
Wat je gaat doen:
- Aansturen en ondersteunen van een team dat gespecialiseerd is in schadebeheer en productie.
- Beheren van complexe schadedossiers en het omgaan met escalaties.
- Verantwoordelijkheid nemen voor de productie: actief betrokken zijn bij het beheer en de uitbreiding van onze klantportefeuille.
- Onderhandelen met verzekeraars om de gunstigste voorwaarden voor de klanten en de organisatie te realiseren.
- Praktisch bijdragen aan de operationele processen, zoals dossierbeheer en communicatie met klanten, waar nodig.
- Strategisch en commercieel meedenken over de groei en verbeteringen van de schade- en productiediensten.
Wat je meeneemt:
- Een bachelor of master in verzekeringen of relevante werkervaring in de sector is zeer waardevol
- Uitgebreide expertise op het gebied van brandverzekeringen.
- Stressbestendig
- Communiceert foutloos en professioneel in zowel het Nederlands als het Frans.

- Commercieel en analytisch ingesteld
