Een projectontwikkelaar gelegen in Schelle is op zoek naar een Project administrator. Voor hun operationeel supportteam zijn ze op zoek naar een nieuwe medewerker. Jouw takenpakket als Project administrator:
* Je bent het centrale punt voor alle vragen met betrekking tot algemene administratie, documentbeheer, lay-out, correspondentie, het organiseren van vergaderingen, follow-up kantoorbenodigdheden,
* Je volgt de gedeelde secretariaat-mailbox op
* Je organiseert vergaderingen en notuleert en bereidt occasioneel presentaties voor
* Je voert een kwaliteitscontrole uit op uitgaande documenten zoals rapporten of memo's, volgens de kwaliteitsprocessen (ISO 9001:2015)
* Je bent de document controller voor verschillende projecten in overeenstemming met de kwaliteitsprocessen (ISO 9001:2015)
* Je bent betrokken bij de follow-up van project gerelateerde documenten
Het ideale profiel als Project administrator:
* Je hebt een bachelor of Master diploma behaald of je hebt gelijkwaardige ervaring
* Je hebt minimum 3 jaar ervaring in administratie, in een soortgelijke rol is mooi meegenomen
* Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en je vlot Engels
* Je hebt een goede kennis van Word en Excel en kan werken met PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams,
* Je bent stressbestendig, discreet en flexibel
* Je kunt zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband werken
* Je bent een georganiseerde probleemoplosser die deadlines met gemak aan kan
