De Faba verdedigt de technische, juridische, sociale, ecologische en economische belangen van de sector. Er zijn 15 lokale verenigingen en ongeveer 5.000 aannemers lid. Functieomschrijving We zijn op zoek naar een Project Manager om deel uit te maken van een dynamisch, meertalig, gepassioneerd en ambitieus team bij de Federatie van Algemene Bouwaannemers in Brussel.

  • Coördinatie en beheer van werkgroepen en een vereniging voor de beroepen elektriciteit en inbraakbeveiliging;
  • Het merkimago van het project versterken door toe te zien op de promotie van de vereniging en haar diensten;
  • Structureren en superviseren van de organisatie en promotie van evenementen;
  • Zorgen voor de financiële opvolging van het project;
  • Zelfstandig aannemen en uitvoeren van een aantal aan jou toegewezen doelstellingen.
Profiel Vereist profiel:
 
  • Je hebt een universitair diploma (Master) en minstens twee jaar ervaring als Project Manager, idealiter in de bouw-, beveiligings- of elektriciteitssector (Benor-Incert).
  • Je bent zelfstandig en nauwkeurig, kan in teamverband werken en communiceert vlot met klanten. Ontwikkelen in een diverse omgeving is essentieel voor jou.
  • Je communiceert duidelijk en beknopt, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
  • Je bent Nederlandstalig met basiskennis Frans of tweetalig. Je zal een project moeten begeleiden waarin de meerderheid van de actoren Nederlandstalig is.
  • Je werkt graag cross-functioneel samen met de verschillende afdelingen en contacten van het bedrijf.
