De Rewards & Mobility advisor zorgt ervoor dat alle facetten van het het Rewards & Mobility beleid van Carrefour correct, professioneel en tijdig worden gerealiseerd. Hij/zij zorgt er samen met de director voor dat innovaties en optimalisaties gerealiseerd worden.
Total Rewards
• Expert in Total Rewards binnen en buiten Carrefour
• Uitbouw en optimalisatie van de total rewards strategie
• Marktconformiteit van salarissen en voordelen analyseren en rapporteren
• Realisatie van jaarlijkse cyclus voor bonussen en cafetariaplan
• Mede de strategie voor individuele bonussen en collectieve doelstellingen per departement opstellen
• Voorstellen van CAO's (collectieve bonus, ZC-premie)
• Financiële resultaten verzamelen voor bonusberekeningen
• Communicatie met HRBPs en bonusvalidatoren
• Operationele opvolging van bonussen en voordelen
• Financiële optimalisering van bonussen inclusief warrants
• Voorbereiding en verwerking van benefits (leverancierscontact, juridische documenten, tool testen)
• Opvolging in de tool: validatie keuzes, budgetcontrole, medewerkersvragen, payroll rapportage
• Effectieve opvolging van voordelen en communicatie met leveranciers
• Beheer van benefits: groepsverzekering, hospitalisatieverzekering, Ekivita
Job Grading
• Analyse van functiebeschrijvingen voor juiste functieniveaus
• Optimalisatie van functie nivellering
Mobility
• Uitbouw en optimalisatie van mobiliteitspolitiek
• Marktconformiteit van mobiliteitspolitiek analyseren en rapporteren
• Beheer van het mobiliteitsbudget: medewerkersaanvragen, budgetbeheer, leverancierscontact
• Up-to-date kennis van wet- en regelgeving en integratie in Carrefour policy
• Proactieve communicatie en promotie
• Contacten met overheidsinstanties
• Beheer van fietsleasing (Act for Bike) en promotie van mobiliteitsevenementen
• Naleving van wettelijke verplichtingen: Bedrijfsvervoerplan en Federale Woon-werkenquête
• Backup voor fleet manager
Samenwerking, Customer Centricity en Operational Excellence
• Voorstellen ter optimalisatie van voordelen, processen, tools en communicatie
• Nauwe samenwerking met betrokken actoren als business partner
• Actieve ambassadeur voor Carrefour en haar strategie, aanmoedigen van collega's
• Constructief bijdragen aan gemeenschappelijke doelen in lijn met de Carrefour strategie
• Onderhouden van optimale connectie met het team
• Luisteren naar klanten, hen centraal stellen en afgestemde oplossingen bieden
Optimaliseren van interne processen en tools en naleving van procedures bewaken, corrigerende maatregelen nemen indien nodig
Studies en ervaring:
Master diploma of niveau 3-5 jaar ervaring in Total Rewards en/of Mobility 2-talig FR/NLCompetenties:
