We are looking for an Account Manager with proven hands-on experience to maintain and build strong client relations, to identify and realize upselling and cross-selling opportunities, and ensure customers satisfaction through customer success initiatives.

The challenge

  • Maintain the operational relation with our top customers, ensuring a continued ‘best in class’ NPS of +50 and accomplish zero churn.
  • Maintain and (re)build the relation with our top customers on C-level to extend the business
  • Identify opportunities for upsell and geographical expansion in our existing customer base, and develop and convert these opportunities
  • Be the ambassador of our customers in the RetailSonar organisation.
  • Understand and stay up to date with market and business challenges for retail companies.

What's your profile?

  • You have experience in account management, with a track record of maintaining and building strong relations to achieve a zero-churn target.
  • You have proven ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level.
  • You have experience in Account Management at a SaaS company, ideally for a complex product and/or product with a strong strategical impact.
  • Understanding business processes in (international) retail companies is a strong plus.
  • You are not afraid to juggle 40+ accounts (triple A and A clients), while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
  • You have a commercial mindset, with strong listening and negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • You know how to motivate and drive the internal organization to meet the customer needs.
  • You are self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • You have experience with CRM software (e.g. HubSpot) and MS Office (particularly MS Excel).
  • You are fluent in Dutch and English. A strong plus if you also speak French, and extra bonus points if you speak German.
