  • Identificeren van verbetermogelijkheden door het analyseren van workflows, processen, systemen en werkwijzen.
  • Het projectmanagement, -beheersing en -controle van de verbeterinitiatieven.
  • Opmaken van kosten-batenanalyses ter ondersteuning van de beslissingen, en de opvolging bij implementatie.
  • Het implementeren en opvolgen van de veranderingen en bijsturen waar nodig.
  • Aanpassing of ontwikkeling en invoering van nieuwe Standard Operating Procedures adhv documentatie en training.
  • Voor de uitbreiding van onze logistieke capaciteit:
    • huidige & toekomstige warehouseprocessen in kaart brengen en bewaken dat deze opgenomen zijn in de blueprint.
    • scenario's bepalen voor & meewerken aan simulatie, emulatie en integratietesten.
    • training van de key users & go live begeleiden.
  • Meewerken aan het respecteren van de Operational excellence normen.
  • Het overbrengen van methodologische kennis (5S, RCA, Lean Six Sigma, TPM, ).
  • Bijdragen aan een cultuur van continue verbetering.
  • Je deelt je expertise met het warehouse team door de key users en eindgebruikers van het systeem op te leiden.

In deze rol rapporteer je rechtstreeks aan de Supply Chain Director.

Als Business Process Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor het identificeren van verbeterpunten binnen de logistieke activiteiten van onze distributiecentra. Na analyse van workflows, processen, systemen en werkwijzen identificeer je optimalisatiemogelijkheden om de productiviteit, veiligheid en kwaliteit van het werk te verbeteren, die je nadien met je team implementeert. Daarnaast zal je een belangrijke schakel zijn bij de uitbreiding van onze site en implementatie van een nieuwe High Bay en bijhorende automatisaties.

Onze site staat aan het begin van een volledige transformatie, waardoor je als Business Process Manager kan meebouwen aan de toekomst van La Lorraine Bakery Group te Erpe-Mere. Binnen deze transformatie zal in verschillende fases de oude site vervangen worden door een totaal nieuwe en hoogtechnologische productie- en warehouseomgeving.

Verder beschik je over:

  • Je beschikt over een Masterdiploma of je hebt ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie.
  • Je hebt kennis van, en affiniteit met magazijnautomatiseringssystemen (vb. Schaeffer, Stow, ).
  • Kennis van SAP EWM-ERP is een pluspunt en ervaring met Lean Six Sigma om projecten te leiden is een troef.
  • Je past je communicatie aan aan je doelgroep, dit zowel in het Nederlands als in het Engels.
