Sogeti Belgium, part of Capgemini Group is looking for you More particularly, the Ghent office, is hiring new colleagues to help and support their many clients in West and East Flanders.
We are currently looking for junior, medior or senior analysts to join our teams and deliver high-end consultancy services to our clients.

Your responsabilities
Our regional team is looking for Business and/or Functional analysts.
- As an analyst you will be responsible for closely interacting with clients, understanding their problem areas, translating their problem areas into business requirements and use cases, and documenting the AS-IS and TO-BE scenarios if required.
- The analysis should include elaborating and carefully documenting the business, functional and non-functional requirements in close collaboration with the stakeholders involved.
- In other words, you are the bridge between business and IT.
- You can count on a challenge that is equal to your abilities.
Your profile- skills & experiences (in accordance with your level)
- Starting as of 1 year experience in analysis
- A dynamic team player looking to grow in an evolving environment
- Interest and experience in assisting clients in implementing business cases,Coordination of different stakeholders
- Bridging the gap between requirements and development, Manage the requirements with excellent communication, planning and monitoring skills
- Experience with writing use cases and designing wireframes, combined with experience with UML and BPMN
- Familiar with Agile as well as Waterfall approaches and Knowledgeable with SQL
- Location : local Office in Ghent or in Brussels
- Focus area: West & East Flanders
- Languages and mobility:
- Resident in the region
- Fluent communication skills in Dutch and English (French is a big plus)
- Resident in the region
