Implement people planning strategy at unit level, following principles/guidelines as required, analyzing staffing data and people analytics to ensure compliance to IKEA employment standards, legal and union requirements.
As a key member of the People & Culture Unit, you will contribute to the unit's complete people planning process from forecasting to the execution of the schedule, creating draft schedules timely and discussing these with unit managers before publishing them.
Collaborate with all stakeholders involved to ensure vacancies are filled efficiently, and schedules are executed smoothly, ensuring the unit's operational needs are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement people planning strategy at unit level, following principles/guidelines as required
- Ensure compliance to IKEA employment standards, legal and union requirements related to people planning in the unit
- Contribute to the unit's complete people planning process from forecasting to the execution of the schedule
- Create draft schedules timely and discuss these with unit managers before publishing them
- Collaborate with all stakeholders involved to ensure vacancies are filled efficiently, and schedules are executed smoothly
