Ben jij een ervaren en professionele Store Manager met een passie voor mode en een sterk klantgerichte aanpak? Voor een grote textielwinkel in regio Brussel zijn wij op zoek naar een dynamische en gedreven Store Manager.
Functieomschrijving:
Als Store Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse leiding van onze winkel.
Je stuurt een team aan van 20 tot 30 verkoopmedewerkers.
Je zorgt voor een optimale winkelervaring voor onze klanten en weet dit enthousiasme over te brengen op je team.
Jouw taken:
Leidinggeven en coachen van het team, bestaande uit department managers en verkoopmedewerkers.
Realiseren van de verkoopdoelstellingen en KPI's.
Beheren van de dagelijkse operationele activiteiten.
Samenwerken met sociale bureaus en interne afdelingen.
Implementeren van marketing- en verkoopstrategieën.
Zorgen voor een klantgerichte service en een prettige winkelomgeving.Profil Profiel:
Ervaring als Store Manager of in een vergelijkbare leidinggevende functie in de retail.
Maturiteit en professionaliteit in omgang en besluitvorming.
Sterke communicatieve en organisatorische vaardigheden.
Interesse en passie voor mode.
Vermogen om verkoop- en klantgerichtheid over te brengen op het team.
Flexibel en stressbestendig.Offre Aanbod:
Competitief loon tot maximaal 3000 € per maand.
35 uren per week.
20 wettelijke vakantiedagen.
1 zaterdag per maand vrij.
13e maand salaris.
Na 6 maanden een DKV verzekering voor jou en je gezin (franchise €250).
Kortingkaart: 25% korting op aankopen.
Startdatum eind augustus, met een opleidingsperiode van 8 weken.
