For one of our Best Clients actives in the transport industry, we are looking for a motivated and curious Support / Maintenance Technician looking for a new dynamic challenge Job description The main aim of this new role will be to work with the team to ensure the maintenance and support of these various environments (VMS, Servers, applications) through preventive maintenance, monitoring and support. You will help the client to Support: Provide operational support to customers (via an on-call system) in the event of an on-site incident Handles calls relating to customers' operational problems For first-level problems: remote resolution (analysis, correction and testing) For second-level problems: problem analysis (via trace files), writing and submitting the analysis report to the development team Dialogue with the development team to correct any malfunctions on site Maintenance: Regular monitoring of the various sites: Keeps abreast of the systems in place at the various customers and keeps the specific documentation up to date Deploy preventive maintenance operations (remote and on-site checks) Keeping the lab site test environments up to date. These are virtual machines the various functions of machines on site in order to test or reproduce a problem reproduce a problem Project (Change Request, Bugs, configs, patching) Monitoring of updates required for cyber security purposes Monitoring patching operations as part of lifecycle management Your profile You have at least a technical qualification in IT and least 3 years' experience in IT support (Hardware and software). You can speak French and have a very good level in English. Important () : Willingness to travel regularly for the needs of the job (maximum 20% of the time) Be willing to be on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for periods of 1 week per month on average. Travel on site (office) 3 times a week, 2 days of remote according to the needs
