- Je registreert klantenorders en houdt diverse lijsten en rapporteringen bij;
- Je plant transporten in en bevestigt orders aan de klant;
- Je handelt administratieve dossiers af;
- Je behandelt klachten van klanten;
- Je analyseert problemen en lost deze zelfstandig op;
- Je werkt nauw samen met sub-ondernemers;
- Je zorgt er steeds voor dat je alle informatie hebt voor een goede afhandeling van jouw dossiers;
- Je hebt een coördinerende rol tussen leveranciers, klanten, transporteurs en de stouwerij;
- Je hebt veel contact met klanten, collega's, de terminal en rederijen en je werkt nauw met hen samen;
In de loop der jaren heeft onze klant zich met succes gepositioneerd door zijn onafhankelijkheid in het hart van de scheepvaart, waar het een groot aantal rederijen bedient, verspreid over de hele wereld. Ze zijn gelegen in de Antwerpse haven en moeilijk bereikbaar met het openbaar vervoer.

- Je hebt een logistieke opleiding gevolgd en/of ervaring;
- Je hebt ervaring in Expeditie Export;
- Je bent commercieel, resultaat- en klantgericht;
- Je bent communicatief sterk in het Nederlands en Engels (Duits is een plus);
- Je kan prioriteiten stellen;
- Je streeft naar goede kwaliteit van je werk en neemt je verantwoordelijkheid;
- Je bent stressbestendig en een teamplayer;
- Je bent administratief sterk en werkt nauwkeurig;
- Je kan vlot overweg met de Office Programma's;
- Je bent collegiaal en flexibel;
- Je bent leergierig, collegiaal, flexibel en kan multi-tasken;
