Onze klant is gelegen in Roeselare.
Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het beheer en de verdere ontwikkeling van verschillende producten, zoals klantgerichte webapplicaties en interne bedrijfsoplossingen. Dit omvat het optimaliseren van processen, het beheren van belanghebbenden en het verzekeren van tijdige oplevering van projecten, met een speciale nadruk op samenwerking met externe ontwikkelingspartners.
Greep uit je takenpakket
- Beheer van de Productbacklog: Houd toezicht op de productbacklog van diverse ontwikkelingsteams, gericht op webapplicaties, bedrijfssoftware en integraties.
- Stakeholdermanagement: Werk samen met uiteenlopende teams, waaronder development, business en IT, om de behoeften van stakeholders te vertalen naar heldere en uitvoerbare productvereisten.
- Structureren van Ontwikkelprocessen: Zorg voor een gestructureerde aanpak bij productontwikkeling, met onder meer het opstellen en bijhouden van de productbacklog, planningen en sprints.
- Verbinding tussen Business en IT: Faciliteer effectieve communicatie tussen business en IT, waarbij je ervoor zorgt dat vereisten en besprekingen duidelijk worden overgebracht en uitgevoerd.
- Coördinatie met Externe Partners: Werk nauw samen met externe ontwikkelingspartners om projecten te beheren en te coördineren, dagelijkse stand-ups te faciliteren, voortgang te bespreken en eventuele belemmeringen aan te pakken.
- Waarborgen van Kwaliteit en Tijdigheid: Zorg ervoor dat producten van hoge kwaliteit zijn en op tijd worden opgeleverd door proactief eventuele problemen te identificeren en op te lossen.
De vereiste kwalificaties voor deze functie zijn
- Relevante ervaring: Aanzienlijke ervaring in een rol als IT Product Owner of een vergelijkbare positie.
- Organisatorische vaardigheden: Uitmuntende organisatorische vaardigheden en oog voor detail.
- Stakeholdermanagement: Sterke vaardigheden in het managen van stakeholders, met het vermogen om duidelijk te communiceren en duurzame relaties te ontwikkelen op alle niveaus binnen de organisatie.
- Projectmanagement: Aantoonbare ervaring met het succesvol beheren van complexe projecten en het leveren van resultaten onder strikte deadlines, bij voorkeur in samenwerking met externe ontwikkelingspartners.
- Aanpassingsvermogen: Flexibel en in staat om effectief te navigeren in een dynamische, veranderlijke omgeving.
- Proactieve Houding: Een proactieve en assertieve werkhouding, met een sterk vermogen om met uitdagingen en tegenslagen om te gaan.
- Taalvaardigheid: Een uitstekende beheersing van zowel het Nederlands als het Engels.
