Key responsibilities
- Agile Project Management: Implement and enforce agile processes within the software development lifecycle, ensuring epics and features are prioritized, tracked, and completed on time.
- Governance Oversight: Ensure adherence to epic and feature governance processes, collaborating with stakeholders to maintain a clear and structured workflow.
- Partner Collaboration: Act as the primary point of contact for external partners, ensuring they strictly adhere to agreed processes, standards, and governance frameworks.
- Process Improvement: Continuously assess the way of working, identify bottlenecks, and make recommendations for improvement to enhance efficiency and collaboration.
- Stakeholder Communication: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, leadership, and external partners to foster clear, transparent, and effective communication.
- Risk and Issue Management: Proactively identify project risks and issues, and work with teams to mitigate or resolve them in a timely manner.
Key skills and qualifications
- Proven experience in managing complex projects, ideally within an agile software development environment.
- Strong understanding of agile processes, with the ability to enforce them and manage teams and partners effectively.
- Experience with roadmap governance structures (epics, features, etc.) is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills with the ability to manage and align multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to build bridges between internal and external teams and foster a collaborative working environment.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess and adapt processes where necessary.
- A good understanding of Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) processes and tools is a plus but not required.
- Experience working with external partners, with a strong emphasis on process enforcement and delivery.
