Als IT Security & Risk Officer speel je een actieve rol in het ondersteunen van de bedrijfsdoelstellingen van ons bedrijf. Onze klanten vertrouwen op ons en jij helpt om dat hoge niveau van vertrouwen te behouden. Jij zorgt ervoor dat alle risicoprocessen en -procedures correct worden gevolgd en uitgevoerd volgens de beleidslijnen binnen NN Belgium.
Hoe ziet jouw functie als IT Security & Risk Officer eruit?
- Je controleert of de security maatregelen op een bepaald proces voldoende zijn en volgt de initiatieven op die uit deze analyse voortkomen. Je ondersteunt collega's met security advies en begrijpt de fases van information security analysis en design, waarbij je deze toepast op de huidige en toekomstige systeemvereisten.
- Je leidt of neemt deel aan de security reviews, evaluaties, risk assessments en business impact analysis van onze business applicaties.
- Je beoordeelt gegevens voor control tracking, identificeert tekortkomingen en geeft feedback.
- Je daagt IT teams uit op de kwaliteit van de security designs, en je traint ze in security bewustzijn.
- Je legt het NN Information Security Policy Framework uit en presenteert dit aan de organisatie.
- Je draagt actief bij aan de integratieactiviteiten met betrekking tot Security & Risk, waarbij je verantwoordelijken voor een applicatie begeleidt in het identificeren en beheren van de risico's in hun respectievelijke applicaties.
Profiel
Dit is hoe jij perfect in ons team past
- Je hebt een master's degree in Computer Science of een gelijkwaardig niveau, met minimaal 2 jaar relevante ervaring in IT risk en security domains.
- Je hebt algemene kennis van IT, information security domeinen en risico beheer. Je bent bekend met GDPR en (onderdelen van) CISSP, CISA en CISM. Je hebt ook kennis van de DORA wetgeving.
- Je beschikt over sterke schriftelijke en mondelinge vaardigheden, met een zeer goede kennis van Engels en Nederlands of Frans.
- Je hebt ervaring met kleinschalige projectplanning en rapportage, zowel individueel als in teamverband.
- Je bent klantgericht, actie- en resultaatgericht en in staat om zelfstandig te werken.
- Je bent goed georganiseerd en een probleemoplosser op de werkvloer.
- Je bent een goede communicator, in staat om zowel technische als niet-technische doelgroepen te betrekken en de taal van de "user" te spreken. Je bent in staat om minder ervaren "users" en/of collega's te begeleiden.
