Ben jij onze toekomstige Business Support Officer (m/v/x)?
JOUW FUNCTIE:
- Je staat onze partners te woord, via e-mail en telefonisch, om hun te helpen en te informeren in verband met onze producten en processen.
- Je staat in voor de coördinatie tussen de aanvraag van de partners en de andere diensten binnen het bedrijf;
- Je communiceert en animeert ons productenaanbod, onze tarieven, incentives en promoties naar onze partners;
- Je ondersteunt het management en de externe commerciële ploeg door het aanleveren van presentaties en rapporten;
- Samen met je collega’s beheer je een portefeuille van kleine partners met als doel hen te fideliseren en hun productie te verhogen;
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de berekening en betaling van commissies aan de partners;
- In deze dynamische en voortdurend veranderende omgeving zoeken we gemotiveerde mensen met de volgende bekwaamheden:
- goede communicatievaardigheden, teamspirit en commercieel ingesteld
- klant- en oplossingsgericht, stressbestendig
- flexibel in jouw manier van werken
- autonoom kunnen werken
- Je hebt een bachelorsdiploma of minstens twee jaar werkervaring.
- Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en Frans, je bent vlot aan de telefoon en je weet perfect hoe je sterke relaties kunt opbouwen met onze partners.
- Je hebt een goede kennis van Microsoft toepassingen: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook en internet; Cognos is een pluspunt
