ASTRID  est un réseau innovant à haute technologie pour la transmission vocale et de données. La radiocommunication du réseau ASTRID est spécialement destinée à tous les services de secours et de sécurité en facilitant leur collaboration mutuelle. Le réseau ASTRID permet aux services de police, d’incendie et de secours de communiquer rapidement et en toute sécurité. Dans chaque province, le réseau numérique est complété d’un dispatching intégré.
ASTRID  est une société anonyme de droit public, une initiative du gouvernement fédéral. ASTRID souhaite renforcer son équipe centrale de Bruxelles et est aujourd’hui à la recherche de gens enthousiastes (m/f).
Le département PSAP (Public Safety Answering Point) est responsable des solutions matérielles et logicielles utilisées par les centres de dispatching de la police fédérale et des services de secours 112. Description de la fonction En tant que « Integration & Release Specialist  », vous faites partie du département PSAP et vous êtes responsable : 
  • de la validation et du déploiement des nouvelles releases logicielles,
  • de la validation et du déploiement des nouvelles plateformes et des nouveaux équipements dans le contexte de la gestion des cycles de vie. Pour ce faire, vous organisez les sessions de test et de validation avec les parties prenantes internes et externes,
  • de la gestion du calendrier des releases (logicielles et matérielles),
  • du développement, de la gestion quotidienne et de la maintenance de la plateforme de test et de validation en phase avec l’environnement de production,
  • dans cette fonction, vous assumez un rôle de coordinateur entre les départements internes et les organisations utilisatrices externes ,
  • vous participez en outre à la documentation et à l’amélioration continue des processus. 
Profil
  • Diplôme de bachelier dans un des domaines suivants : ICT, télécommunications ou électronique ou équivalent par expérience.
  • Vous possédez au moins 2 ans d’expérience :
    • en gestion de releases logicielles et matérielles, 
    • en gestion de projets,
    • en gestion d’infrastructures,
    • en testing de solutions,
    • en fonctionnement au sein d’un environnement Agile, et la connaissance de quelques outils (Jira/Confluence) constitue une plus-value indéniable.
  • Vous maîtrisez le néerlandais comme deuxième langue (aussi dans les discussions plus techniques) et vous disposez d’une bonne connaissance de l’anglais technique. 
Compétences :
  • Vous avez de solides compétences analytiques
  • Vous êtes fort en planification et en organisation, et vous savez gérer les priorités
  • Vous êtes polyvalent et vous avez un intérêt marqué pour de nombreux domaines techniques
  • Vous avez de bonnes facultés de communication et vous savez traduire correctement les demandes des clients en priorités, tout en faisant preuve de diplomatie.
  • Etant donné que vous devrez très régulièrement travailler sur différents sites en Belgique, vous êtes titulaire d’un permis de conduire de type B.
