Au sein du Département Informatique, le service Infrastructure informatique et opérations est responsable de l'étude, de la mise en œuvre, du suivi opérationnel et de l'évolution des composants de l'infrastructure informatique de la BNB, depuis le Cloud jusqu'aux end-points, en passant par nos centres de données.
Notre objectif est de fournir à nos clients un environnement sûr, stable et actualisé dans lequel ils peuvent travailler efficacement, mais aussi d'offrir de nouvelles capacités informatiques (Cloud, data, etc.) à nos clients interne BNB et à nos stakeholders.
Description de la fonction En tant que Project Manager, vous êtes responsable de la mise en place, du suivi et de la livraison des projets dans les délais impartis au sein du service Infrastructure informatique et opérations. Vous gérez le scope, la planification, le budget et les risques des projets et informez les stakeholders de manière correcte.
- vous analysez, alignez et enregistrez explicitement le scope et l’impact
- vous élaborez et vous suivez les plans de projet pour atteindre les objectifs du projet dans les délais, le budget et la qualité fixés
- vous gérez, de manière proactive, le budget, les risques et les opportunités et vous fournissez des solutions appropriées pour assurer le scope, la qualité et le déploiement des ressources
- vous gérez et coachez l’équipe projet
- vous rendez compte de l’état d’avancement du projet et vous communiquez régulièrement sur le projet à la hiérarchie concernée et au steering committee.
Profil
- vous avez un diplôme de master en informatique ou équivalence
- vous êtes capable d'appliquer les meilleures pratiques des méthodologies en Waterfall et Agile
- vous communiquez facilement et vous attachez de l’importance à la confiance et au respect
- vous êtes capable d'analyser et d'intégrer de grandes quantités d'informations, tout en gardant et en esquissant une vue d'ensemble
- vous disposez de solides compétences organisationnelles pour travailler de manière structurée et autonome, et pour communiquer au bon moment et de manière appropriée aux stakeholders internes et externes
- vous êtes francophone et vous avez une bonne connaissance active du néerlandais et de l’anglais (niveau B2)
- avoir une bonne connaissance des composants les plus importants de l'infrastructure informatique est un atout
- avoir une expérience avec Microsoft Project et Jira est un atout.
