Diplomatic Mission Job description The US Embassy in Brussels is looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to join the Facilities Management team.
The Office Building Maintenance Team (OBMT) team lead has full supervisory responsibilities for a 6 members maintenance team made up of two electricians, one building mechanic, two heating and cooling technician and two trades helpers. Jobholder is responsible for the overall maintenance and care of the Bilateral Chancery building, US Mission to the EU Chancery building, Joint Administrative Services Building and the Bilateral Chief of Mission Residence. Profile EDUCATION: High school degree and technical training in one of the trade fields (electrician, building mechanic or heating and cooling technician)
EXPERIENCE: Minimum 3 years of experience in a specialized trades field (electrician, building mechanic or heating and cooling technician)
LANGUAGE: Good working knowledge in English and good working knowledge in French or Dutch
