Over heel Vlaanderen, het Brussels Gewest en de Oostkantons heeft KBC Groep zo’n 500 gebouwen: bankkantoren, hoofdkantoren en datacenters. Het team dat jij versterkt, zet haar expertise in om alle KBC-medewerkers een comfortabele, veilige werkplek te bieden , waarin ze onze klanten goed kunnen ontvangen.
Jouw focus binnen dit team worden de technische installaties van ons hoofdkantoor in Brussel. Je werkplek is hoofdzakelijk in Brussel, maar je kan ook regelmatig thuis of in een ander hoofdkantoor werken. Verwacht je aan een toffe werksfeer , waarin het aangenaam samenwerken is met collega’s en externe leveranciers.
Functieomschrijving
Je verzekert dagelijks de goede werking van de technische installaties . Denk daarbij aan elektriciteit, HVAC, verlichting, gebouwbeheersystemen, liften, grootkeukens, sanitair en watervoorziening.
In geval van defecten overleg je met de technische ploeg van de externe firma over de beste aanpak.
Samen met de Product Owners van het team plan je werken om de prestaties van de technische installaties te optimaliseren.
Je monitort de conditie van de installaties, initieert investeringsvoorstellen en coördineert verbeteringswerken.
Je communiceert vlot en proactief met je interne klant over geplande en lopende werkzaamheden en je overlegt spontaan met leveranciers en collega’s.
Profiel
Je volgde een masteropleiding ingenieurswetenschappen met een relevante technische specialisatie en/of je hebt een ruime ervaring met gebouwtechnieken.
Je hebt ervaring met de opvolging van werkzaamheden door externe aannemers.
Ook als je veel opdrachten hebt, verlies je kosten en kwaliteit niet uit het oog. Je planmatige aanpak helpt je daarbij.
Je draagt graag bij tot de hechte samenwerking in het team.
Wanneer de bedrijfszekerheid in het gedrang komt, neem je spontaan en adequaat actie.
Je gaat in elke situatie respectvol om met gebruikers, interne klanten en leveranciers. Is er een probleem, dan pak je dat professioneel en pragmatisch aan.
