Duik je graag in analyses om de werking steeds te verbeteren? DEXIS Belgium is dé marktleider in de Belgische distributie van verbruiksartikelen voor MRO (maintenance, repair and overhaul). Met een gemotiveerd en gepassioneerd team van meer dan 450 medewerkers, een uitgebreid technisch assortiment van meer dan 400.Durf, transparantie en eenheid zijn dé bedrijfswaarden die wij voorop stellen en waaruit wij handelen binnen onze teams.
Ter versterking van de Transport afdeling in Hasselt zijn wij op zoek naar een Logistics Support medewerker.
Binnen je afdeling heb je als Logistics Support een sleutelrol, samen met het team zorg je er mede voor dat we de belofte naar onze klant waarmaken, dat onze goederen één dag na bestelling netjes, correct en tijdig geleverd worden. Je bent de brug tussen transport en je interne klant. Je volgt dagelijks de afwijkingen en klachten op die betrekking hebben op het transport. Op termijn help je bij het analyseren van bestaande routes in functie van een aantal criteria ( aantal Km’s, stops, kosten, regio...) en optimaliseert waar nodig zodat je actief kan bijdragen aan een daling in transportkosten.
Je zorgt voor een goed beheer en onderhoud van de scanners ter verhoging van de efficiëntie van de chauffeurs.
Je staat in voor de controle van de achtergebleven zendingen in het depot in Hasselt. Je draagt actief bij aan de optimalisatie van bestaande en de uitwerking van nieuwe processen.
Je werkt vanuit het hoofdkantoor in Hasselt en rapporteert aan de Transport Supervisor, zeg maar Ruben.
Welke opleiding je achter de rug hebt is minder belangrijk, een eerste ervaring in een gelijkaardige transportfunctie is daarentegen wel aangeraden.
Je kan goed overweg met Outlook en Excel.
Je hebt een goede kennis van het Nederlands, zowel schriftelijk als mondeling. Een basiskennis Frans om te communiceren met collega’s is mooi meegenomen.
Een 3-koppig team met heel wat ervaring op de teller staat klaar om je te begeleiden in deze nieuwe rol.
