Unique kijkt uit naar een stagiair Sales Consultant voor het kantoor Unique in Gent.
Met een lekkere koffie (of thee oké, chocomelk kan ook) in jouw hand begin je aan jouw dag. Niemand kan de dag voorspellen en daar hou je wel van.
Jouw hoofdtaak? De klant en de uitzendkracht gelukkig maken
Hoe doe je dat?
- Je zorgt voor een proactieve en constante instroom van nieuwe kandidaten. Dit doe je door geschikte kandidaten te zoeken op verschillende kanalen.
- Samen de kandidaat bekijk je in welk bedrijf hij of zij het best past. Eenmaal de match gevonden, blijf je de contactpersoon voor beide partijen.
- Je neemt actief deel aan de commerciële groei van het kantoor door zelf actief op zoek te gaan naar commerciële opportuniteiten, de bestaande klantenrelaties uit te bouwen
- Tenslotte zorg je ook voor de administratieve opvolging zoals opmaak contracten, inplannen verlof,
- Op het einde van de dag blik je terug op een productieve dag en sluit je samen met jouw collega's het kantoor.

Profiel- Wat heb jij nodig om onze collega te worden? Een goede portie enthousiasme en doorzettingsvermogen.
- Je volgt een graduaat-, bachelor- of masteropleiding.
- Je passie ligt in het onderhouden van sociale contacten en het ontmoeten van nieuwe mensen.
- Proactiviteit en commerciële feeling zijn jouw tweede natuur. Je bent een teamspeler die wordt gedreven door het behalen van targets en gezamenlijke successen.
- Je wordt niet uit het lood geslagen door onverwachte situaties en je past je gemakkelijk aan.
- Je bent oplossingsgericht, stressbestendig en kan multitasken als geen ander.
- Je spreekt vlot Nederlands
