Operations Manager
L’Association du Diabète recrute un(e) Operations Manager en CDI à Bruxelles – horaires flexibles et possibilité de télétravail.
En tant qu’Operations Manager, vous jouerez un rôle stratégique sur 3 volets : la gestion financière, le fundraising, la digitalisation et l'optimisation des processus de l'association.
Votre mission ?
Gestion Financière et Administrative
Définir une stratégie de développement des ressources financières.
Gérer le système comptable et budgétaire avec l’appui d’experts externes (comptables, fiscalistes).
Assurer une gestion financière rigoureuse, transparente et alignée avec les objectifs stratégiques.
Veiller à la conformité administrative : agréments fiscaux, nominations, procès-verbaux des organes.
Gérer les relations avec les prestataires financiers et commerciaux (banquiers, assureurs, fournisseurs).
Analyser les outils financiers existants (ex : logiciel de comptabilité) et les experts utilisés pour optimiser la gestion.
Fundraising
Développer et mettre en oeuvre une stratégie efficace de collecte de fonds en collaboration avec le chargé de communication.
Coordonner les actions d’acquisition et de fidélisation des donateurs en explorant de nouveaux canaux.
Identifier et rencontrer des testateurs potentiels pour les informer sur les avantages fiscaux des legs.
Assurer le suivi des dossiers de legs en collaboration avec le juriste et émettre les attestations fiscales.
Rédiger des dossiers de demande de subventions et gérer les appels à projets.
Digitalisation et Optimisation des Processus
Préparer l’association à la transformation numérique en évaluant la maturité digitale.
Mettre en place une base de données de contacts et améliorer la digitalisation des processus administratifs.
Définir une stratégie de digitalisation et proposer un plan d’action priorisé.
Garantir la sécurité, l’intégrité et la conformité réglementaire des données numériques.
Votre profil
Formation et Expérience
Master en sciences économiques, commerciales ou équivalent.
Minimum 5 ans d’expérience en contrôle de gestion, gestion de P&L ou finance manager.
Expérience en gestion d’équipes et supervision de projets, idéalement dans des environnements en transformation.
Expérience en gestion de services ou départements est un atout.
Bonne connaissance du monde associatif est un plus.
Hard Skills et Soft Skills
Solide expertise en gestion budgétaire, contrôle de gestion et digitalisation.
Capacité à optimiser les processus internes et contribuer aux orientations stratégiques.
Maîtrise professionnelle du néerlandais.
Motivation, autonomie, esprit d’initiative et compétences relationnelles.
Orientation résultats et gestion efficace des projets à long terme.
Notre offre
Contrat à durée indéterminée (CDI)

Salaire fixe brut par mois, en fonction de l’expérience

Indemnité de télétravail : 150 euros
