We are of a team of entrepreneurial individuals who are passionate about data and who have the know-how to deliver great results for our clients. For our fast-growing ESG team, we are looking to welcome an ESG data Auditor.

Your role

To help leading companies drive value by optimizing how they prepare and provide transparency on their sustainability impact. You'll collaborate with clients to design, deliver, and implement future-ready, pre-assured ESG data and reporting solutions from start to finish.

We're looking for someone with

A Bachelor's degree in Computer or Industrial Sciences, Business, or a related field

3-5 years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Process Optimization, or Technology Integration

A strong understanding of business processes and ESG indicators (e.g., carbon emissions, energy consumption, water usage, waste management, and governance practices)

English is required. Proficiency in Dutch or French is a plus

Desirable skills:

We are looking for a colleague who is thrilled to be a crucial contrinutor to our growing ESG offering. Next to that, following skills are important

Ability to independently coordinate data preparation / requirements for reporting

Ability to work under pressure and develop expertise across clients' operations

Business communication and presentation skills to drive strategic decision-making

Confident with non-financial (ESG) data and indicators, such as carbon emissions, energy consumption, water usage, waste management, social impact, and governance practices

Cross-functional collaboration skills especially with operational and business teams

English, Dutch or French

Experience creating detailed (audit) reports for internal and external stakeholders

Experience with process, internal controls and audit management systems

Knowledge of standardize reporting frameworks and guidelines (IFRS, Sasb, Csrd/ESRS, Issb, Gri, EU Taxonomy)

Professional Certifications like ESG Investing, Cesga, Cci or Gri will be an advantage
