And that's where you come in: we are looking for an FP&A Analyst.


What you will be doing:

Serve as a key member of the FP&A organization reporting to the Sr. Director of FP&A with a dotted line to a Sr. Manager of FP&AAssist in the analysis and forecasting of R&D or Global Customer Organization expensesPerform financial analysis and provide insights to highlight trends and identify areas of investment and growthPartner with department leaders to solve budget constraints and identify opportunities to scale the organizationDesign and/or maintain and deliver financial reporting to provide accurate insight into expense results, including the preparation of executive and/or Board level presentationsManage headcount approvals to ensure new hiring is supported by the annual plan and current forecastPerform ad-hoc analysis as required


Here's what you need to know/have:

Bachelor’s degree required (preferably in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems or another business discipline)1-2 years of financial analysis and reporting experienceExperience with Netsuite, SalesForce, Workday, Adaptive Planning, or other comparable software/technologiesStrong business partnering skills and prior exposure to business strategy, processes, and financial objectivesExperience in Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Google SlidesSelf-starter and quick learner; demonstrated independence and autonomy in a high-performing work environmentExperience in a fast-paced, growth companyBias towards finding solutions vs. shutting down ideasMust be fluent in English

Background in tech/software/SaaSPrior FP&A expense experience, specifically in Engineering, Product Management, Customer Success, Sales, Marketing or similar fieldsWillingness to learn Balance Sheet forecasting and Cash Management
