- Understand reasons for system failures & propose corrective actions
- Highlight trends and key root causes of Over and Under deliveries ¿ understand link with system
- System flow mapping for Joints franchise
- Identification of area of improvements (process/system/other) to be more efficient and/or reduce cost in inbound reception
- Inventory analysis and identification of trends
- Ad hoc analysis and troubleshoot
