Als Junior Back Office Sales medewerker / BI Analist maak je deel uit van het Specialty Tires-team binnen de Benelux-afdeling.

Dit is een uitstekende kans voor startende professionals om ervaring op te doen in een dynamische en uitdagende omgeving.

Jouw takenpakket:

- facturatie: je zorgt voor een correcte en tijdige facturering van onze contracten en het inboeken van inkomende facturen van service providers.
- klanten- en leverancierscontact: je staat continu in contact met klanten en service providers en zorgt ervoor dat alle informatie correct in onze systemen staan. Je geeft regelmatig een terugkoppeling aan onze Sales Managers over veranderingen, verbeterkansen, en belangrijke onderwerpen bij onze klanten en leveranciers
- prijsstrategie en opvolging: je ondersteunt onze managers bij de definitie en opvolging van prijsconcepten
- rapportages en statistieken: je zorgt voor maandelijkse, kwartaal-, jaarlijkse en ad hoc rapportages en statistieken per klant, productlijn, en markt.
- ondersteuning verkoopprognoses en budget: je ondersteunt de Sales Managers bij het forecast- en budgetproces.

Op termijn zal je ook extra taken ivm business analyse opnemen om ons sales- en managementteam te ondersteunen op vlak van analyse, marktinzichten voor strategie-ontwikkeling en BI-tools:

- verkoop- en marktrapportages
- marktonderzoek
- prognoses en budgetterin
- strategische planning
- opvolging van verkoopacties
- klantspecifieke analyses.
