The Brandlead Chocomel France, together with the Sales team, is responsible for launching the Chocomel brand in France. Working from Belgium, but part of the Europe Chocomel team

key responsibilities

Driving the launch of Chocomel in France and responsible for achieving the business & marketing objectives.

Lead various marketing projects (both communication and activation). Develop the support plan (above & below the line), implement the 4Ps and closely monitor the results. To do this, working closely with various cross-functional teams both locally and internationally.

Going for perfect execution of the marketing plan together with the media agency and creative agencies.

Analyzing the business results of the own brand Chocomel and the dairy market, and translating insights into concrete learnings and action plans.

Closely monitor the marketing budget and be owner of the brand P&L.

qualifications

5-10 years of relevant marketing experience within a brand context in an FMCG company in the French market.

Sufficient knowledge of the French market, both consumers and customers, in order to help shape the French marketing plan.

A passion for brands.

A thorough knowledge of media, communication (both on- and offline) and activation.

Familiarity with brand P&L responsibility and adept at fact-based analysis of commercial results. Experience with Nielsen data is a plus.

Hands on and with the necessary dose of creativity, always thinking solution-oriented and consumer-first.

Fluent in French (at Native level), as well as at least English and/or Dutch.
