About the Role:As a VIE - Supply Chain Analyst for Ferrero Benelux you’ll report to the Transportation & External Warehouse Manager and participate in supporting our Supply Chain team.
You will have a unique opportunity to acquire a broader Supply Chain overview experience and to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and implementation of projects; to setup control procedure and develop a set of KPIs and reports for all the Commercial Logistic Network to improve our performance and service level.
In this role, you will prepare the budget forecast for transportation and warehousing and monitor the Supply Chain costs versus the budget forecast. Further, you will perform a monthly invoices control of the External Partners and create a company dashboard for the major Supply Chain KPI’s. Other key responsibilities are the weekly monitoring of stock accuracy and the support of warehousing inventories.
The interaction with all Supply Chain stakeholders (planning, customer service), Finance, Ferrero HQ and external partners is a crucial part of the position.
Additionally, you will be able to participate in ad hoc Supply Chain projects.
We are looking for a young graduate holding a Master Degree, ideally in Supply Chain, Engineering or Finance Controlling. Previous experience in a similar function is appreciated.
You will need excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with a strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel. SAP knowledge is advantageous.
The ability to communicate in a clear and timely manner as well as being stress resistant and having a good sense of urgency/priorities is crucial in this role.

Fluency in English is mandatory, and French is a plus.
