The Access Management department serves the purpose of managing on a global level how the company deals with the management of user access permissions and reduces security risks by offering adequate solutions and services for Logical Access Management.

- You will guarantee the respect of asset information security and ensure correct implementation of the security model.
- You define and promote the Asset Modeling (AM) frameworks for coordinating and planning a service oriented approach:
- You take ownership about the AM process and keep it updated/improved.
- Ensure that the necessary AM procedures exist, are communicated and used by the security community
- Provide guidance, training and support to the security community in the implementation and operation of the security modelling;
- Assist and advice the Asset Business responsible and IT developers in defining logical & technical permission management inside the assets (applications, packages, systems, file shares, â¦).
- Assess, challenge and validate request to change security on assets according the Information Security Policy
- Execute daily checks to keep the overall asset models under control
your profile
- Capable of quickly understand, analyse and document detailed processes in Information Security
- Capable of performing functional analysis on security aspects across different business lines
- Strong and broad technical background
- +2 yearsâ experience in security technology and processes (Identity & Access Management aspects, Segregation of Duties, Role Based Access Control)
- Knowledge of the Information Security Standards & Frameworks
- Expertise in MS Active Directory OR Websphere OR Mainframe OR Linux/Unix OR Oracle OR Cloud computing
- Excellent experience with MS Excel and SQL requests
- 2 yearsâ experience in a professional environment
- Professional experience within the Banking and Finance Industry
- Quick self-starter, pro-active attitude, resilient
- Good communication and influencing skills
- Good analytical and reporting skills
- Autonomy, commitment and perseverance
- Focused and result-oriented, strictness in project follow-up
- Team player
- Ability to work in a dynamic and multi-cultural environment
