NN is een levensverzekeraar die streeft naar een "lang en gelukkig leven" voor al haar klanten. Wij bieden jou graag de mogelijkheid om mee te bouwen aan deze brand promise en zo een leerrijke ervaring op te doen in de bedrijfswereld. We begeleiden jou graag bij jouw eerste stappen op de arbeidsmarkt door jou kennis te laten maken met de wereld van de levensverzekeringen, en meer bepaald in het domein van de offertes groepsverzekeringen.
Als stagiair Employee Benefits - Actuaris
- zal je mee helpen bij het ontwikkelen van onze offertetool Employee Benefits;
- ontdek je onze verschillende producten EB, de verschillende dekking binnen elk product en hun kostenstructuur;
- werk je mee aan de opbouw van de verzekeringstechnische formules en programmeert dit binnen de offertetool.
De opdracht kan wijzigen ifv de nodigen binnen het team.
Tijdens je stage ontdek je NN als werkgever en als verzekeraar. Je neemt deel aan infosessies en opleidingen die je vertrouwd maken met alle facetten van een levensverzekeraar. Het delen van informatie en kennis gebeurt bij NN in twee richtingen. We zijn er namelijk van overtuigd dat je tijdens jouw studies al heel wat kennis verwierf, die ongetwijfeld van pas zal komen tijdens jouw stage. We horen dan ook graag wat jou ideeën zijn en staan open voor jouw feedback
Idealiter moet je stage minimaal 12 weken duren. Dat geeft ons voldoende tijd om in jou te investeren en laat je toe om een relevante werkervaring op te doen.
Wat heb je voor ons in petto?
- Je bent bijna afgestudeerd als Master in de Actuariële Wetenschappen;
- Je hebt kennis van de actuariële modellen leven;
- Je hebt een basiskennis in het programmeren;
- Een eerste ervaring in verzekeringen of in een bankkantoor is een pluspunt;
- Je bent kritisch ingesteld en in staat om analytisch en oplossingsgericht te werken;
- Je bent proactief en aarzelt niet om initiatief te nemen;
- Je bent flexibel, nauwkeurig, georganiseerd en kunt prioriteiten stellen;
- Je hebt een echte teamspirit en kan ook zelfstandig werken;
- Je hebt een goede kennis van het Nederlands of Frans. Kennis van het Engels is een pluspunt.
- Je hebt een goede kennis van het MS Office-pakket (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams)
