Jouw functie
  • Je hebt dagelijks klantencontacten (= schilders, personeel groothandel, architecten, particulieren) mbt verftechnische vragen over al onze verfmerken, zowel via telefoon als e-mail.
  • Je registreert de telefonische klachten in CRM en zoekt mee naar een klantvriendelijke oplossing samen met de technische en de sales collega’s.
  • Je bent samen met jouw collega’s zowel intern (Marketing, Sales) als extern het aanspreekpunt bij productenvragen,  producttoepassingen, klachten en overige technische informatie.
  • Je ondersteunt tevens onze bereikbaarheid via moderne digitale media zoals Social media, chatbot, Whatsapp, websites van onze merken en dergelijke.
  • Je werkt mee aan het intelligent maken van de verschillende chatbots waarmee we 24/7 ondersteuning bieden aan de bezoekers van de AkzoNobel websites.
  • Je helpt mee aan het up-to-date houden van onze technische informatie databases.
  • Voor bovenstaande taken werk je dagelijks nauw samen en overlegt met ons team van verf experten.
  • Je bent een cruciale barometer om te weten wat er leeft bij onze klanten : je rapporteert over onderwerpen die actueel zijn in de markt.
  • Je maakt deel uit van de Benelux Internal Technical Support afdeling, met collega’s in Sassenheim (NL) en Vilvoorde, waardoor je af en toe op bezoek zal gaan naar de andere locatie. Daarnaast ben je back-up voor je collega binnendienst Kleur.
Jouw profiel

 

  • Je bezit bij voorkeur een technische bachelor met ervaring in een klantgerichte technische functie
  • Bekendheid met de schildersmarkt, bouwsector of achtergrond in de DIY / Retail is een plus.
  • Je bent leergierig en een echte teamspeler.
  • ICT kennis : Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams en voor de job specifieke programma’s zoals Business Connect, CRM, SAP,…
  • Je communiceert vlot mondeling in het NL en FR. Degelijke schriftelijke kennis van het NL en FR.
  • Je bent communicatief en klantgericht ingesteld.
  • Je bent telefonisch bereikbaar van 9:00 tot 17:00 maar hebt geen 9 tot 5 mentaliteit.
