Als validatie specialist ontwerp, implementeer en beheer je validatieplannen voor farmaceutische en biotechnologische processen. Je voert risicoanalyses en kwalificatietesten voor apparatuur, systemen en processen uit. Je ondersteunt klanten bij het voldoen aan regelgeving zoals GMP en andere relevante normen. Je werkt samen met interne teams en klanten om te zorgen voor een effectieve validatie van processen en systemen.

belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden

Een validatieconsultant in de farmaceutische industrie is verantwoordelijk voor het plannen, uitvoeren en beheren van validatieactiviteiten om ervoor te zorgen dat alle processen, systemen, apparatuur en procedures voldoen aan de vereiste regelgeving en normen. Op basis van jouw expertise en interesses kan jij je focussen op bvb. procesvalidatie, toestelvalidatie, systeemvalidatie, cleaningvalidatie,...

Dit omvat onder meer: 

  • Ontwerp en Implementatie van Validatieplannen: Het opstellen van gedetailleerde plannen voor het valideren van productieprocessen, reinigingsprocedures, analytische methoden en systemen binnen de farmaceutische omgeving. 
  • Uitvoeren van Kwalificatietesten: Het uitvoeren van kwalificatietesten zoals IQ (Installation Qualification), OQ (Operational Qualification) en PQ (Performance Qualification) om de geschiktheid en betrouwbaarheid van apparatuur en systemen te garanderen. 
  • Risicoanalyse: Het uitvoeren van risicoanalyses om potentiële gevaren te identificeren en te beoordelen, en passende maatregelen te nemen om deze te beheersen en te minimaliseren. 
  • Compliance met Regulering: Zorgen dat alle validatieactiviteiten voldoen aan de relevante regelgeving en richtlijnen, zoals Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Food and Drug Administration (FDA) voorschriften en internationale normen. 
  • Documentatie: Het nauwkeurig vastleggen van alle validatieactiviteiten in gedetailleerde documentatie en rapporten, die kunnen worden gebruikt voor audits en inspecties door regelgevende instanties. 
  • Klantondersteuning: Het bieden van deskundig advies en ondersteuning aan klanten bij validatiegerelateerde kwesties, inclusief training en begeleiding van personeel. 

    Over het algemeen draagt een validatieconsultant bij aan het waarborgen van de kwaliteit, veiligheid en effectiviteit van farmaceutische producten door ervoor te zorgen dat alle processen en systemen voldoen aan strenge normen en voorschriften.

    jouw aanbod

    Als specialist in validatie voldoe je aan volgend profiel:

    • Masterdiploma in een relevante discipline zoals Life Sciences, Farmacie, Chemie, Bio-Engineering.... 
    • Bij voorkeur ervaring in validatie in een farmaceutische omgeving. 
    • Diepgaande kennis van regelgeving en richtlijnen met betrekking tot validatie. 
    • Sterke analytische en probleemoplossende vaardigheden. 
    • je hebt goede communicatieve vaardigheden, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk in het Nederlands en Engels.
