Description

Bright Plus International Talents is looking for a high-level personal assistant for an international company in the textile sector in Brussels. You will be responsible for the daily management of the CEO's agenda, both privately and professionally.

The ideal candidate will manage the following tasks:

  • Daily management of the CEO's agenda
  • Preparing presentations on Powerpoint
  • Taking notes during meetings and presentations
  • Telephony and mailbox management
  • Arrange travel arrangements, flight reservations, visa documents and transportation
  • Organization and preparation of internal and external meetings
  • Support for various ad hoc projects
Profile

The desired profile is as follows:

  • You are in possession of a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Office management or relevant studies
  • You are bilingual in French and English, both orally and in writing.
  • Have at least 7 years of experience in a similar role
  • You adapt easily to all kinds of situations
  • You have a sense of organization
  • You are professional
  • You are punctual, precise and discreet
  • You are stress-resistant
