The Department Enterprise Managed Services delivers, builds, supports, and maintains (large parts of) the ICT infrastructure of our top Enterprise customers. For one of the largest and most mission-critical customers, our client delivers and maintains an extremely modern, state-of-the-art technology infrastructure that is used by end-users 24/7/365 in a mission-critical context.

your job

A team of experts in various technology domains ensures the existing environment remains operational at all times and implements new technologies, evolutions, and expansions in consultation with the customer. This team works during normal office hours from the office in Brussels as well as at the client's locations (central data centers or satellite offices throughout Belgium). A 24/7 emergency service is also available for urgent incidents with significant end-user impact.


You will join a multidisciplinary team of technology experts and take on a role within your own expertise to support, maintain, and expand existing solutions. Additionally, you will act as an "advisor" within your technology domain/expertise, with the possibility of working on future evolutions and innovations.



your profile

Qualifications:

  • Cisco CCNP routing & switching + data center certified or higher
  • In-depth knowledge of Cisco Nexus, Cisco routers and switches, Juniper JunOS
  • In-depth knowledge of switching protocols (spanning-tree, VLANs, dot1q trunking, etc.)
  • Knowledge of various security devices (Checkpoint, Axs Guard, Palo Alto, Infoblox, Ironport, etc.)
  • Experience and/or certification on F5 Big IP (LTM, APM, ASM)
  • Experience with Bluecoat proxy
  • Knowledge of Dutch (native language), French (understand), and English (good level)

    • You have a passion for ICT and are willing to continuously educate yourself on the latest technology developments
    • Structured troubleshooting (also under stressful circumstances) and problem analysis are no problem, as well as clear reporting and documentation
    • Implementation of (often large and complex) projects will also be part of the tasks, including structured testing of new projects and implementations
    • Positive customer orientation and attitude are essential due to regular customer contact.
