• Participate in the design of embedded systems
• Analyze functional needs and formalize requirements
• Carry out architectural analysis of software solutions
• Develop the software solution
• Participate in the preparation of system integration and validation plans, and in their implementation
• Document the software solution (design justification, analysis description documents, etc.)
• Apply current development standards and methodologies throughout the design of software components
• Keep abreast of the latest technologies in embedded software development
  

  your profile

  • Master's degree in computer science or electronics
  • 5+y of working experience professional experience in embedded systems design in C and C++
  • Good knowledge of current development methodologies (Agile, V Cycle, etc.)
  • Knowledge of software development best practices and standards Knowledge of unit testing
  • Knowledge of software architectures
  • Experience with the POSIX API Fluent written and spoken
  • French and English Work with rigor, proactivity and autonomy
  • Work within a given schedule, deadlines and budget
  • Good analytical skills, critical thinking and sound judgment
  • Ability to work as part of a team Occasionally available for validation and testing sessions abroad and in Belgium.
  • Knowledge of communication protocols (CAN bus, Serial, etc.)
  • Have developed Linux drivers Experience working on RTOS systems
  • Experience with the Qt framework Experience of the Atlassian suite (Jira, BitBucket, Bamboo, etc.)
  • Knowledge of defense-related development standards or equivalent
