As the FP&A Manager at Loop Earplugs, you are stepping into a key position to guide our financial journey through a phase of global growth and increased operational complexity. With multiple legal entities, a wide range of customers and suppliers, and significant investments in R&D, managing our working capital and cash flow accurately is crucial. This role goes beyond just financial reporting to offer strategic guidance, aiming to enhance the FP&A function in a dynamic, international setting.
What you’ll do:- Lead and grow the FP&A team through effective people management and recruitment;
- Improve our reporting processes to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and useful insights for decision-making;
- Develop strategies for working capital and cash flow management to support our investments in CAPEX, ensuring steady finances as we expand globally;
- Oversee budgeting and forecasting in an e-commerce scale-up setting, aligning financial plans with operational goals;
- Lead the implementation of an ERP;
- Lead the implementation of a forecasting tool;
- Proactively look for opportunities to better our financial processes.
- 10+ years of experience in Finance, at least 6 years in a similar role;
- 2 years of leadership experience;
- Experience in E-commerce;
- Have a strong understanding of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS); knowledge in BEGAAP is a plus, but not required;
- Experience in scale up big plus.
