Function

Are you an organisational talent with an eye for detail and want to play a crucial role in campus recruitment and employer branding? At Elia, we have the ideal internship for you We are looking for an enthusiastic intern to provide operational and administrative support to our team for campus-related activities and events. 


Your responsibilities


As an intern at Elia, you will be given a broad range of tasks in which you can further develop your organisational skills. Your responsibilities will include:


•    Administrative follow-up of events: You will be responsible for managing the registrations, contracts and invoices for each event.
 

•    Organisational support for school visits: You will be responsible for the practical organisation of school visits, such as booking rooms, arranging catering, applying for badges and parking, etc. You will also be present yourself and ensure that the event runs smoothly.
 

•    Coordination ambassador: You will seek out internal Elia ambassadors to participate in job fairs and events and you will coordinate the planning and communication related to their presence.
 

•    Collecting feedback on campus events: after each event and school visit, you will ensure timely evaluation and follow-up so that we can keep improving our events.

Your Profile

•    Organisational skills: You are good at coordinating multiple tasks at once and like to ensure that everything is organised down to the last detail.
 

•    An eye for detail: You enjoy performing administrative tasks in a structured and precise manner.
 

•    Proactive attitude: You can take initiative, and work independently but you are also a team player.
 

•    Language skills: You are fluent in written and spoken Dutch and you also have a good knowledge of French. 
 

•    Microsoft Office skills: You are a very competent user of Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
 

•    Affinity with HR & Employer Branding: You have a background in or are interested in HR, recruitment, events or administration.
