your job

§  Manage the assessment teams (composed ofExternal suppliers and client's internal profiles) at different stages of thewhole process (Inventory, assessment and deep dive, remediation plan)

§  Manage the planning of all stages

§  Prepare and plan gap assessments with thevarious stakeholders (technical experts, EHS, area managers, engineering and maintenance,external companies, etc.)

§  Collect and sort the documentation andinformation necessary for the realization of the Gaps assessments

§  Coordinate the audit and identify major gaps

§  Lead risk analysis

§  Understand expertâs report and provideremedial actions

§  Consolidate the conclusion of the assessmentin a final report

§  Report the progress status of gap assessments(progress, success, issues, risks, etc.)

§  Review the process of gap assessment aftereach gate by improving/adapting continuously ways of working

your profile

 

-    Medioror Senior profile required â Min 8 years of experience

-    Demonstratedexperience and knowledge of ATEX

-    Minimum5 years within Project management

-    Someexperience within chemical, pharmaceutical or biotech company is a must.

-    MinimumExperience with People management (external/internal) & stakeholdersinfluence 

Specific skills : 

  • Expertise in ATEX and project management
  • Fluent in French with competencies in writing/readingin English.
  • Expertise in cGMP and HSE standards
  • Excellent written and verbal communicationsskill
  • Ability to manage priorities
  • Ability to work independently and in a matrixialorganization
  • Must a self-driver for his responsibility
