We are looking for a Project Manager - Business Support for one of our clients based in Braine-lâAlleud/Wavre.

responsabilités

As a Project Manager - Business Support, here is the mission purpose:

  • Facilitate and coordinate tasks linked to the rFC and 3R program within the Global Quality team.
  • Initiate, conduct, track, manage, improve, and implement projects with internal Quality and other function (legal, Procurement, ARD, MSAT) and external partners (trade associations, CRO and NCL) in a transversal organization.
  • Desired background 1 QC method introduction including validations of equipment and methods and project management.
  • Key capability is to manage projects from afar by providing structure, steering, priority, mitigate blockers to avoid negative impacts, minutes, escalations. Tracking deliverables, budgets, resource allocations.
  • Soft skill required building a trusting network based strong convincing skills, scientific knowledge and understanding the needs and motivations of the partners.
  • Support internal and external communication and performance of 3Râs Program

    Key Responsibilities :

    • Act as coordinator and project manager for endotoxin innovation testing.
    • CRO contract negotiation to execute the laboratory work incl. Budget management.
    • Oversight laboratory work and interim progress evaluation.
    • Draft and own study plans for internal approval and CRO approval
    • Sample organization incl. shipment and potential linked change control for sample management where required
    • Scientific evaluation of the study results
    • Conduct complex stakeholder management internally across sites and countries
    • Draft publication for replacement and reduction of animal testing scientific. Act as key contact for all involved parties related to Data work and review.
    • Draft abstracts, posters, presentations for external advocacy on the topic of replacement and reduction of animal testing.
    • Perform conclusive Literature research and summarize in short briefings for Scientists and Senior Leaders
    • Ensures documentation, minutes and reports are produced in a timely manner and are shred with major stakeholders and archived in line with the Company requirements

      qualifications

      As a Project Manager - Business Support, here are the requirements: 

      • Scientific and Analytical background. Preferably with a microbiological background and experience in endotoxin testing. the âin vitroâ and âin vivoâ
      • Experience in QC analytical methods
      • Highly structured and organized with strong PM skills and scientific mindset in Endotoxin Testing is a requirement
      • Good team player with communication skills and a diplomacy approach when dealing with colleagues within or outside the organization (in UK, Germany, Italy, US and Belgium).
      • Excel, other IT skills a MUST, (SAP, GLIM), electronic laboratory notebook a plus
      • Knowledge of GMP regulated environment, Pharmacopeia is an advantage. Knowledge of Biopharmaceuticals production and cGMP regulations and guidelines is an advantage
      • Pro active and Autonomous worker with a strong focus on execution
      • Ability to prioritize and problem solving mind set
      • Education, Methodology & Certification Requirements
      • Minimum of 8 years of proven experience in analytical testing and/or in Pharmaceutical industry
      • Experience crosoft, focus on Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, SAP tool /ITâs data Trends
      • English Fluent
      • French/German/Italian an advantage
