DESCRIPTION OF THE TASKS
Following tasks will be performed by external service provider:
⢠Analysis of the integration of different information systems.
⢠Data analysis and data modelling.
⢠Coordination of the implementation of the technical architecture.
⢠Technical interface between the project leaders and the developers.
⢠Production of software architecture documents.
⢠Participation in technical working groups, progress meetings and meetings with the users.
⢠Assistance during relevant parts of testing, analysis, technical documentation, deployment, evaluation
and reporting.
⢠Creating designs and blueprints of Cloud Architecture.
⢠Review of the architecture of existing systems to migrate of existing system in the cloud.
⢠Design and development of architecture components and building blocks using cloud components.
⢠Architecture and design of information systems;
⢠Review of the architecture of existing systems;
⢠Analysis of the integration of different information systems;
⢠Analysis, design and implementations of UI in Angular context;
⢠Analysis, design and implementations of microservices using Spring Boot and Java 11;
⢠Production of use case models, software architecture documents, design and analysis models,
implementation models;
⢠Deployment of the components, help with release planning;
⢠Documentation of the technical implementations and the composites;
⢠Evaluate and test technical components delivered by other teams to ensure that they conform to
requirements and methodology;
⢠Participation in technical working groups, progress meetings and meetings with the users;
⢠Assistance in the testing, the technical documentation, the deployment, the evaluation and the
reporting.

LEVEL OF EDUCATION
As stated in the Article 2.6.3.1. of DIGIT-TM II Service requirements, a minimum educational qualification
for lot 2 is: Level of education corresponding to Level 6 of the European Qualification Framework which
typically corresponds to a bachelor degree of 3 years.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
Following skills and knowledge are required for the performance of the above listed tasks:
⢠Good knowledge of architecture best practices and patterns.
⢠Good knowledge of microservices and architecture in the cloud.
⢠Good knowledge of applications design.
⢠Good knowledge of modelling tools.
⢠Good knowledge of Enterprise Architecture.
⢠Good knowledge of Spring Boot and Java 11
⢠Good knowledge of Relational DBMS.
⢠Good knowledge of business process analysis.
⢠Knowledge of interoperability technology (web services, message oriented middleware, service
oriented bus, event architecture).
⢠In depth knowledge of information systems.
⢠Experience of Workflow applications.
⢠Experienced with standards/APIs: OpenApi, Rest services, OpenID;
⢠Experienced with tools: One of Eclipse/IntelliJ/VsCode;
⢠Experienced with Bitbucket, Jira, Bamboo / GitLab CI / CD Maven.
⢠Ability to apply high quality standards to all tasks.
⢠Good reporting methods.
⢠Capacity in writing and presenting studies, to give presentations about the project.
⢠Ability to cope with fast changing technologies used in application architecture and design.
⢠Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
⢠Good redaction skills.
