As a Data Architect at Randstad Digital, you will be responsible for designing the data architecture for the organization. You will work closely with business and IT stakeholders to understand their requirements and design a data architecture that meets their needs. You will also work closely with other architects and technical leads to ensure that the data architecture is aligned with the overall enterprise architecture.

  • Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to define and document data requirements.
  • Design and implement the data architecture to meet business and IT requirements.
  • Develop data models and data dictionaries to document and share the data architecture.
  • Define and enforce data standards and best practices.
  • Develop and maintain the enterprise data architecture roadmap.
  • Ensure the data architecture aligns with the overall enterprise architecture.
  • Identify opportunities for data reuse and integration across systems.
  • Develop strategies for data acquisition, storage, and retrieval.
  • Define and implement data governance policies and procedures.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure the data architecture meets their needs.

    your profile

    • Bachelorâs or Masterâs degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
    • 5+ years of experience in data architecture.
    • Expertise in SQL, data modeling, data warehousing, and data integration technologies.
    • Knowledge of Big Data platforms and technologies (Hadoop, Spark, etc.).
    • Experience with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
    • Understanding of data security and privacy principles.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities.
    • Experience in Agile software development methodologies is a plus.

       

      As a Data Architect, you will play a critical role in helping Randstad Digital extract insights from our data assets and turning them into actionable recommendations for our clients. You will also be a key member of our technology team, working closely with other architects and technical leaders to deliver solutions that are aligned with our overall enterprise architecture.
