About the Role
We are seeking an Empower Solution Expert to join our dynamic team at Braine QC Labs, based in our office in Braine-l'Alleud, Belgium.

Who You'll Work With

You'll be part of a diverse and collaborative team, working closely with Manufacturing, Quality, IT, and Regulatory Affairs departments to ensure the deployment and smooth operation of Empower solutions.
 

What You'll Do

  • Implement all changes in Empower solution as QC representative.
  • Lead local system activities to ensure proper deployment of global requirements.
  • Ensure that business requirements are understood by IT solutions experts.
  • Execute and coordinate activities related to Data Integrity of the Empower system.
  • Ensure compliance, efficiency, improvement, and transversality of business processes related to the Empower system.
  • Contribute to system validation through document review and test scenario development.
  • Coordinate and lead the community of local system key users.

 

Interested? For this role, we're looking for the following education, experience, and skills

  • Proven experience (min 5 years) in transversal (multi-departmental) laboratory systems for Empower (mandatory).
  • Master's Degree.
  • Certification: APICS, LSS Green Belt, PMI project management.
  • Experience in securitization and data integrity of QC laboratory systems and equipment (min 2 years).
  • Experience in QC activities (min 5 years).
  • Experience in system interfacing.
  • Experience in data management.
  • Experience in interdepartmental interaction (business, IT, QA).
  • Proven transversal project management skills.
  • Basic financial knowledge.
  • Ability to work in collaboration with Leadership team members, manager, and technicians.
  • Fluent in English and French.
