Nexeo is momenteel op zoek naar een Senior Scrum Master (Freelance of permanent) om een interessant project te leiden binnen een grote financiele instelling.Nexeo Belgium is een consultancybedrijf dat zijn klanten in de bank-, financiële en verzekeringssector bijstaat in alle fasen van hun transformatieprojecten: van bedrijfsadvies tot de implementatie van IT-oplossingen. Als consultant krijg je de kans om deel uit te maken van Nexeo:Internationale omgeving ( Kantoren in Frankrijk, België, Luxemburg, Zwitserland & Canada)+ 450 medewerkersmeer dan 20% groei elk jaarTakenpakketJe streeft voortdurend & actief naar het creëren & bewaken van een optimale werkomgeving voor je team (wagon). Je faciliteert verschillende scrum ceremonies. Je ondersteunt de Product Owner bij het creëren & updaten van de product backlog. Je houdt de stabiliteit & performantie nauwlettend in het oog van de assets & applicaties die je wagon levert aan onze eindgebruikers. Je onderneemt actie waar nodig, volgens de geldende SLA's & criteria. Je inspireert & ondersteunt het team om ownership te nemen & zichzelf zo goed mogelijk te organiseren. Je biedt kansen & mogelijkheden aan je team om te groeien & een agile mindset van continue verbetering te installeren. Je bewaakt de onderhouds- & projectbudgetten van je team & rapporteert terug aan de betrokken stakeholders, inclusief eventuele acties die je die je nodig acht.
