CONTEXTE

Nous recherchons un technicien de poste de travail motivé (IMACD Front Officer) avec un fort esprit d'organisation et un intérêt pour la gestion des actifs informatiques. Vous serez responsable du suivi, de la gestion et de la maintenance des actifs matériels informatiques au sein de notre entreprise.

Votre MISSION

· Maintenir et mettre à jour l'inventaire des actifs informatiques (ordinateurs portables, ordinateurs de bureau, stations d'accueil, écrans, imprimantes, etc.)

· Assurer une documentation appropriée de tous les actifs dans le système de gestion des actifs informatiques

· Aider aux processus de déploiement, de suivi et de récupération des actifs

· Soutenir l'approvisionnement et la gestion des stocks de matériel informatique

· Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes de support informatique pour garantir que les actifs sont correctement attribués et entretenus

· Suivre les meilleures pratiques ITIL pour la gestion des actifs

· Générer des rapports et participer aux audits de conformité liés à l'utilisation des actifs informatiques

· Fournir un soutien administratif pour les contrats et licences liés aux actifs informatiques

Vous rejoindrez l' équipe Workplace Logistics & distribution chez un client à Liège.

L'équipe est composée d'environ 10 personnes et fait partie du département Modern Workspace Solutions & Services .

Profil

  • Nous recherchons quelqu'un qui gérera les stocks d'une grande entreprise informatique. Vous devez donc être très ponctuel et posséder de solides compétences administratives.
  • Nous recherchons une personne ayant un grand intérêt ou une passion pour l'informatique et tout ce qui s'y rapporte (mais une grande expérience ou un bagage dans ce domaine n'est pas nécessaire)
  • Vous ferez partie d'une équipe francophone mais nous avons besoin de quelqu'un qui soit au moins bilingue NL/FR, FR/EN

Compétences professionnelles

  • Installation ou configuration de matériel informatique ou bureautique : Configuration standard sur un poste de travail
  • Remplacer ou réparer les composants ou pièces défectueux
  • Enregistrer les données de suivi des interventions et transmettre les informations au service concerné
  • Configurer le poste de travail selon les besoins de l'utilisateur et effectuer des tests de fonctionnement
  • Démonter les équipements informatiques et trier les composants pour les réutiliser ou les recycler
  • Estimer les coûts et les délais de réparation et préparer un devis pour l'intervention
