En tant que Sales Development Representative, vous êtes l’un des moteurs de notre croissance : vous créez les premières connexions, faites émerger de nouvelles opportunités et contribuez directement à la dynamique commerciale d’Idealis.🎯 Vos responsabilités :Identifier de nouveaux prospects via une approche multicanale : appels, emails, social selling, événements…Cibler et détecter des opportunités alignées avec nos solutions ERPQualifier les leads entrants et évaluer leur potentiel businessComprendre les enjeux des prospects et déterminer l’adéquation avec nos solutionsTravailler main dans la main avec les équipes Sales & Marketing pour optimiser messages et campagnesRemonter vos insights marché pour enrichir notre stratégie commercialeAtteindre les objectifs de prospection et générer un flux constant d’opportunitésAméliorer et structurer nos process de prospection pour gagner en efficacité👤 Votre profil :Bachelor/Master dans un domaine pertinent (Ingénieur commercial, Économie, Communication…)Excellentes compétences en communication, tant à l’écrit qu’à l’oralMaîtrise du français ou du néerlandais + bonne connaissance de l’anglaisMotivation forte pour un rôle commercial orienté prospectionMinimum 3 ans d’expérience dans une fonction similaireConnaissance d’un CRM (Odoo, HubSpot, Salesforce ou autre)Intérêt marqué pour l’IT ou la transformation digitaleSolide réseau professionnel et aisance à créer des partenariats durablesCompétences clés : négociation, closing, communication, créativité, qualité, dynamisme et envie de contribuer activement au développement d’Idealis🚀 Ce que nous offrons :Un environnement stimulant et innovantDes formations continues, du coaching et un vrai soutien pour développer vos compétencesDes projets variés, tous secteurs confondus, avec des clients passionnantsDe l’autonomie et la liberté d’expérimenter, proposer, améliorerUne équipe bienveillante, motivée et toujours prête à s’entraiderUne ambiance dynamique, des événements réguliers et une réelle proximité avec le managementL’opportunité de grandir et d’avoir un impact concret sur la croissance d’IdealisVous êtes motivé(e) et prêt(e) à faire la différence ?
