Context of the MissionOur client is undergoing major digital transformation initiatives and is redesigning the way maintenance and operational activities are managed. These changes require the delivery of multiple projects with significant IT components.To support this growing workload, the Business Analyst (BA) team needs reinforcement on testing activities. The Test Coordinator will take over key functional testing tasks to allow BAs to focus on business-critical analysis work.Mission ResponsibilitiesTest Planning & PreparationReview business and functional requirements.Create detailed test plans defining scope, approach, entry/exit criteria, and resources.Request clarification when requirements or flows are incomplete.Test DesignDevelop functional and regression test scenarios.Prepare test cases aligned with business processes and technical specifications.Coordinate test data creation and ensure consistency across environments.Test ExecutionExecute functional and regression tests.Support end-to-end testing activities in collaboration with Business Analysts.Ensure proper synchronization and availability of test environments.Defect ManagementLog defects with full documentation and evidence.Follow up with developers and functional teams until resolution.Report risks, test coverage, progress, and blockers.Coordination & CollaborationWork closely with Business Analysts, developers, project managers, architects, and business stakeholders.Support the organization and preparation of User Acceptance Testing (UAT).Align test activities across multiple parallel projects.Required ProfileEducation & ExperienceMaster's degree in a technical or economic field, or equivalent experience.Minimum 5 years of experience in functional testing.Several years of experience as a Test Coordinator within complex environments.Proven experience writing test plans, test scenarios, and regression suites.Technical SkillsAbility to understand and interpret process flows and class diagrams.Knowledge of BPMN and UML.Experience with Jira; familiarity with Enterprise Architect (EA) is a plus.Languages : English + French or Dutch
